The electronic cigarette is prohibited in health, education and transport facilities
The Minister of Health , Social Services and Equality , Ana Mato, has agreed with the regions develop a statewide standard to prohibit the consumption of electronic cigarettes on health and schools, in government and in public transport .
This has been agreed under the Inter-Territorial Council of the National Health System ( CISNS ) which was held on Wednesday , where the minister herself has acknowledged that there was an "intense " debate on this topic .
