The instruction of the Catalan Health Service which prohibits the use ( CatSalut) , promotion and sale of electronic cigarettes in the centers, services and establishments of the public health system has already entered into force , so that Catalonia becomes the first community to put up their own regulations .

The consumption of snuff is one of the main public health problems and causes 9,000 deaths each year in Catalonia.
